Kerry has worked with over 100 students worldwide, logging more than 2600 hours of tuition. In her time she has also worked with all major UK exam boards, and has been trained extensively with the Cambridge and Pearson iGCSE boards too. She has experience in classroom based lessons, online group lessons and one-to-one lessons both online and in person. Through this extensive experience she brings a unique and refreshing approach to online learning.

Online Lessons

Lessons take place on Zoom unless an alternate platform is preferred.

Lessons last typically for one hour, but can be tailored to your needs, and can occur as frequently as desired. Generally students opt for one to two hours a week per subject if revising, and up to four per subject if homeschooling.

Any details or preferences will be discussed in the initial trial lesson.

1-to-1 classes are built around a detailed understanding of the students strengths, gaps and unique learning style. Lessons are carefully tailored to ensure steady progress though the syllabus while developing genuine understanding of the topics.

While exam preparation is an important component, instruction goes beyond mark schemes to guarantee students understand the underlying foundations and can apply them confidently and flexibly.

Students are given clear guidance, simple milestones and digestible information to help boost them to achieve the results they deserve.

At GCSEase we also offer small group classes for our students. These classes are best suited to students who benefit from clear explanation, structured progression and thoughtful peer interaction.

Like our 1-to-1 classes, students will develop strong foundations with exam focussed strategy, helping students to develop confidence and precision.

Classes are intentionally kept very small allowing instructions to be adapted to individual need while preserving the advantages of group learning. Students will benefit from guided discussion, exposure to alternative problem solving approaches and strengthening their articulation and socialisation skills.
